Purchase Life Coaching Sessions

Receive Life Coaching from a Certified Life Coach. - Dr. Geri Krista.
All sessions will be held in Skype (or via phone if Skype is not available.)

If you are a Life Coaching client of Dr. Krista's you may purchase session minutes below. Session are usually 30 or 60 minutes each.

New clients may receive a free 20 minute consultation session to determine if Dr. Krista can help you and to establish a plan to meet your Life Coaching needs.

30 Minutes of Coaching $42.00 60 Minutes (1 hour or 2 half hour sessions) of Coaching $84.00 Weekly Coaching - 13 weeks/3mos - 60 min sessions $1,092.00 Weekly Coaching - 26 weeks/6mos - 60 min sessions $2,100.00 Abraham-Hicks EGS coaching only - 240 minutes $336.00

Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale Sessions generally consist of an initial one-hour session with 30-minute sessions on a weekly basis after that. Additional minutes may be purchased if needed, but the 240-minute package is recommended initially. Note that the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale sessions are generally included in the 13-week and 26-week plans and do not need to be purchased separately.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a practice that helps people to identify and achieve their goals. These goals may be personal in nature (such as health related goals) or business/ occupation oriented. Life coaches help clients set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques. Life coaches usually specialize in one or more area of coaching.

A life coach does not diagnose or treat conditions or diseases. Nor do they accomplish your goals for you. A Life Coach will work with you to clearly identify your goals, to help you to attain these goals, and to identify and help you to overcome any blocks that you may have to attaining your goals while helping you to create a plan of action that works for you personally.

 Along the way, your life coach will support you in staying on track and obtaining your desired results.
